Kitty Tse

 Kitty is a graduate of DMHC Siu Ming Secondary School for Science and Technology in Hong Kong. In 2009, she earned an outstanding score on her public examination and decided to move to the U.S to pursue another level of higher education.  She received her Bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland (College Park, MD) in 2014. Kitty has over a decade of experience and specializes in Math and Science; She has taught in a variety of schools in Hong Kong and the U.S. She has an appreciation for rigorous academic standards and a passion for encouraging the next generation of critical thinkers and creators.

CATHY CHEN

Cathy graduated from the University of Sichuan in 2009. Afterwards, she continued her studies at the University of California pursuing a Child Development Psychology master's degree in 2011. She has over 5 years of experience in teaching Math and Chinese in the U.S and has also taught at a private school in China for 2 years. With years of experiences, she enjoys the teaching process with students and the honor of helping them achieve their goals and success.

Joshua Kovalick

Joshua has done extensive course work in Biomedical Engineering due to his Biomedical Engineering major. With his extensive knowledge in the sciences as well as his minor in English, he is well-suited to tutor all grade level in all subjects. He has also received a near-perfect score on the English portion of the SAT. With over 10 AP courses completed and a 3.9 GPA Joshua is well prepared to help any student who feels that they need additional support in any class. Along with his major, Joshua is also bilingual. He is fluent in Spanish as well as English and is able to tutor ESOL students as well as Spanish. Joshua has a love for kids and a passion for reading and encouraging child literacy.

DOUGLAS CONWAY

Douglas is a professional economist (M.S.) who works in the field of survey statistics. He is also a skilled and enthusiastic tutor with nearly 15 years of experience, versed in a variety of subjects with focus in economics, statistics and research writing. He enjoys tutoring children of all ages to help them reach their academic goals, as both a passion and avocation.

YAO LI

Yao graduated from the Harbin Normal University, Heilongjiang Province, China in 2004, majoring in English Education, with a bachelor's degree. She has been engaged in English education for 8 years with the certificate of China Senior High School Teacher License and the certificate of National Mandarin Level 2 Grade A. In 2012, she immigrated to the United States and worked as a Chinese (Mandarin) teacher for 3 years at "Hope Chinese School" (College Park Campus). With many years of teaching experience, she loves being an educator, she is very serious and responsible, has been praised and loved by the school, parents and students.

Tristen Griffith

Tristen is a current student at the University of Maryland Baltimore County studying Bio-Chemistry. She recently received her Associate from Anne Arundel County Community College. A local, she graduated from Glen Burnie high school with a 4.0 GPA. Tristen has a love for kids and a passion for reading and encouraging child literacy. She has multiple years of experience tutoring (grades K-12) and specializes in English and Science.
